JOB DUTIES: The Therapists will be based out of the employer’s main office in Arlington Heights, Cook County, Illinois, but will travel to patients’ homes, assisted and supported living facilities, and independent living facilities in the surrounding counties (Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane) within commuting distance from the employer’s main office and in the same Metropolitan Statistical Area known as the Chicago-Naperville-Elgin, IL-IN-WI Metropolitan Statistical Area.
