Rehab Maxx, LLC was founded by four therapists in 2008, Physical and Occupational professionals who provide high-quality, state-of-the art services in clients’ homes, offering a convenient option over traditional appointments scheduled at a facility. We contract with home health agencies, assisted and supportive living facilities, and nursing homes. Our staff brings more than 40 years of experience, and 20 in management of cases, to your front door.

All of our therapists provide individualized, client-centered treatments protocols and utilize the latest technology keeping current on relevant research in our field of medicine. We use EMR to complete all patient/client charting and perform point-of-service.

Physical therapy: 

An exercise methodology aimed at the treatment and curing of certain physical ailments, through exercise and stretching. Aimed at preventing re-occurrences in the future, and bring back the patient to his/her normal self, free from pain or suffering, and performing all of their daily activities with minimal or no difficulty. Physical therapy deals with cardiopulmonary and neurological conditions as well.

Occupational Therapy:

Takes a more holistic approach to healthcare and treatmentwith the goals of improving skills for living so that people can accomplish more, and improve well-their being and quality of life. Occupational therapists play an important role in helping workers return to work following an injury or illness, including stress. They may assist with the return to home and work life through the development of new skills for daily living, such as household tasks and personal care.

Speech Therapy:

We evaluate and can help treat a patient’s speech therapy needs which could have resulted from neurological conditions such as stroke or traumatic brain injury, or progressive disorders such as Alzheimer’s Disease or geriatric dementia. Our speech therapy professionals evaluate the specific needs of the patient and will develop a technique or combination of techniques to serve their particular needs. These can include articulation improvement, language therapy, cognitive retraining for memory and attention, swallowing therapy, stuttering, voice improvement and family education.
