Emil is also directly in charge of ensuring compliance across the company. He works diligently to maintain regulatory standards, implement best practices, and ensure that RehabMaxx upholds its commitment to high-quality rehabilitation foundersices and ethical operations.

Dr. Eric Taguinod, OTD/COO
As a founding member and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RehabMaxx, Eric plays a dynamic and integral role in driving the company’s operations, strategic partnerships, and marketing initiatives. With a strong background in operations management, business development, and brand strategy, Eric oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations while also spearheading marketing efforts and securing key partnerships with industry leaders.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas and later completed his Doctor of Occupational Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. With over 20 years of experience in the field of occupational therapy and a strong leadership background, Eric brings invaluable insight and expertise to RehabMaxx.
Eric is responsible for ensuring seamless operational processes across all departments, from project management to customer experience, ensuring that RehabMaxx delivers exceptional foundersice and results to its clients. He is also instrumental in closing high-value deals with partner companies, expanding the company’s network, and creating opportunities for collaboration that fuel growth and innovation in the rehabilitation sector. Eric drives the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that elevate RehabMaxx’s presence in the market, engage new clients, and build lasting relationships with partners. Mr. Uday Matta, OT/CFO
As a founding member and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RehabMaxx, Uday plays a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy and growth of the company. With a strong background in finance, accounting, and business leadership, along with his experience as an occupational therapist for over 25 years, Uday graduated from King Edward’s Memorial and GS Medical School, University of Mumbai. He brings extensive knowledge in managing complex financial operations, securing funding, and ensuring financial stability to support RehabMaxx’s expansion.
In addition to overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, Uday works closely with the executive team to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.
