As a contract health agency, we provide nursing homes, supported living homes, and other medical facilities with the specific type of therapists they need to support their patients’ recovery and longevity. We place speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists in facilities where they can thrive — and help others thrive as well. OPEN POSITIONS – ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, COOK COUNTY IL AND SURROUNDING AREAS

JOB DUTIES: The Therapists will be based out of the employer's main office in Arlington Heights, Cook County, Illinois but will travel to patients' homes, assisted, and supported living facilities, and independent living facilities in the surrounding counties (Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane) within commuting distance from the employer's main office and in the same Metropolitan Statistical Area known as the Chicago-Naperville-Elgin, IL-IN-WI Metropolitan Statistical Area.
